We are excited to announce that we are holding our Inaugural Sunshine Coast Veterans Market Saturday 15 October 22.
This is a great opportunity to celebrate this Veterans Health Week with our fabulous Veterans, family, and the local community.
This year’s VHW theme of Eat Well (Nutrition) will play a big part in our day with 4 events being held at the market including Army Veteran, Garden Hero and Youtube influencer Mark from @SelfSufficientMe .
There’s awesome music from @Boiandeskae and Guitars for Vets Australia. Amazing information sessions/demonstrations, such as Food Art, orienteering as well as many other FUN activities, including some competitions, prizes (including Pet competitions) games and other entertainment & photos Plus everything from dog hydro-bath and grooming Various Arts/Craft, Energy/intuitive Healing, Numerology and Card reading through to Snake handling demonstrations.
This will give us the amazing opportunity to bring together the incredible resources within our Veteran Community across the Sunny Coast. By highlighting the services, skills, talents available locally we can create a greater awareness of the options, choices, and opportunities our diverse and supported Veteran Family are here in a FREE fun, family/pet friendly atmosphere.
Ex-Service Organisations, Groups, Veterans/Partners/Family Businesses will be at the RSL as stallholders to share their fabulous offerings and connect with each other and the wider community. This means a great day for our Veteran Family, friends, and locals alike who would like to connect, share in this FREE fun and unique experience.
As the hall is ideally located adjacent to the regular Yandina Market which attracts large crowds every week to the area this will further add to the reach and interest for our “Vet together” within the community.
