General Meeting:

This General Meeting has been called out of schedule as a request was made by SCDR for a special general meeting to discuss the future of our RSL. Because the request was not able to be fulfilled as it was not compliant with our constitution this meeting was called to provide all members with the required notification to discuss the matter requested, and the possible calling of a Special General Meeting by Members.

Review of Previous Minutes:

As usual a copy of the previous Board minutes and reports are presented for Members review.
