Business Arising: Review of Hall Hire agreement and rates. Budget to be set by Auxiliary president prior to activities and only pre-approved expenses to be paid.
President’s Report & Delegates Report: (copy attached)
A proposed letter to Members was discussed to request feedback about engagement with the RSL and what they would need to be more involved in RSL events and activities.

General Business:
Remembrance Day – A Small ceremony will be held at the Cenotaph similar to 2015.
There will be Memorabilia Sales at the Eumundi Markets, Nambour Hospital and IGA Yandina as long as there are appropriate numbers of volunteers to support the fundraising. It’s an easy sit down job so hopefully we can get some more people to volunteer.
Hall Hire – We will look at changes to the agreement and rates of hire, particularly adhoc hire. Some regular hirers need to be reminded about the terms of the agreement. Treasurer to provide draft changes for review.
Xmas Function – We are not in a position to fund a free lunch for members and guests like 2015. Suggest we cater a BBQ Lunch & Salad to keep it affordable, previous cost was $15-20.
New Board Members- There is a requirement to fill some vacant positions on the committee. Suggest EOI be circulated to members.
BOQ Signature Changes – Form completed for update of signatories to current committee members.
Auxiliary Activities –Great support from the Auxiliary Members to make recent events a success.

‘The Executive Board of the Yandina-Eumundi Sub-branch, Returned & Services League of Australia, (Queensland Branch), is satisfied that this meeting was conducted in accordance with the Constitution of the League and that the positions formulated and resolutions passed are consistent with the furtherance of the objects of the League and otherwise satisfy the Board’s obligations to superintend and conduct the business of the League pursuant to its Constitution’.
The next Executive Board Meeting will be held on Monday November 21st 2016 commencing at 1730 hrs.
