**Please note that there were not enough members present to hold a meeting so we ran through the Agenda -For information Only”**

It was suggested by the members present that we hold further meetings as info sessions with lunch and make these meetings more about socialising and sharing ideas. Apparently some of the other RSL’s are finding this more appealing to their members and the turn out and engagement has improved.

Helen Cook noted that she will not be in a position to continue as Grants Officer and would like to find another member who would be willing to take on this role. A handover of the role and documentation  would be provided.

The next General Meeting will be held on Sunday August 7th 2016 commencing at 1100hrs.

There being no further business the meeting closed at [1210] by the Vice President.
