Welfare Report: No Welfare report due to the absence of the Welfare Officer

Grants Report: (Verbal) The acquittal for the Cenotaph grant has been received.

The grant has been submitted for the 2/14th Battalion Memorial.

General Business:

Approval given for the Boards details to be added to the website contact page.

The Auxiliary is work well together and busy working towards the following:

• Yandina Street Parade 21 August
• Fashion Parade – September 10 at 1400
• Car boot sale – October.
• Commemorative candles – Engagement with other Auxiliaries.
• Cent sale – TBA.

Electricity costs seem high  – look to RSL facilities for audit.

‘The Executive Board of the Yandina/Eumundi Sub-branch, Returned & Services League of Australia, (Queensland Branch), is satisfied that this meeting was conducted in accordance with the Constitution of the League and that the positions formulated and resolutions passed are consistent with the furtherance of the objects of the League and otherwise satisfy the Board’s obligations to superintend and conduct the business of the League pursuant to its Constitution’.

The next Executive Board Meeting will be held on Monday July 20th 2016 commencing at 1730 hrs.

There being no further business the meeting closed at [1845] by the President.
