Hall hire is in demand!
Our hall is in demand by local businesses, organisations and community groups. The good news is that we are getting quite a few enquiries through about hire for our hall. As this is our primary source is income to help our welfare services this is great news!
Great facilities at a good price
With the great facilities on offer, such as a large floor area that can accommodate over a 100 people seated and an elevated stage equipped with the AV gear needed to give a great presentation there are so many uses for the hall.
There is plenty of clear floor space for dance, exercise or fitness classes.
The hire cost is one of the most affordable rates around the Yandina area and compared with other venues across the Sunshine Coast is relatively cheap, whether hirers are looking for daily or hourly rates.
With ceiling fans throughout the venue and air-conditioning available the venue is very comfortable. We even have some added features like special lighting and a large mirror ball to create some additional atmosphere.
Onsite parking
The dedicated parking at the front door is a real plus. There is also additional parking at the back of the building that is available to all hall hirers upon request.
Kitchen facilities
The kitchen is great for events that need catering, as the facilities are well laid out and easy use, especially for large groups.
Everyone that uses the Kitchen facilities is happy with how easy the layout is to work with.
Separate dining or meeting area
The dining area is great area for smaller groups, either for hosting a get together or for meetings.
Wheelchair access
The ramps at the front of the building are great to ensure that everyone can have access to the building.
It makes it easy for parents with prams as well as anyone with mobility issues such as walkers or wheel chairs to access the hall.
Additional resources for hire
The citizens auxiliary has been building up the available resources to make hall hire more attractive. There are comfortable chairs, a choice of tables, round or rectangular to suit most needs. Additionally there are quality table clothes, chair covers and sashes and table decorations. Also adequate crockery, cutlery and glasses to suit most event requirements.
